ARUNAV GOSWAMI
Arunav Goswami is an Analyst, Researcher and Author. He has more than fifteen years of experience in working in the field of development, peace and security in Northeast India. Some of the projects he have undertaken include; Dynamics of Extremism in Northeast India; Child-Friendly Constituency Profiling; Situation of Children in Conflict-affected Areas; Sabal Bidhayak (Orientation Programme for MLAs of Assam); Development of Roadmap for Agrarian Development in Assam; People-to-People Linkages in Southeast Asia; Act East Policy and its benefits; Digital Learning in Post-COVID Era; among others.
Arunav is the author of one non-fiction and three fiction books; co-editor of one book on Assam’s culture; translator of one non-fiction book in Assamese and has also written numerous articles in newspapers, magazines and web portals on issues concerning the nation.
He has given training to ACS officers, journalists and students on issues concerning Northeast India like Insurgency, Illegal Migration, Politics, Ethnicity, Act East Policy, among others.
Arunav has been part of numerous television panel discussions on topics ranging from politics, insurgency, peace processes, development and economy. He has been a regular participant of election analysis during Lok Sabha and Assembly Elections in Northeast India.
SOUMEN MALAKAR
Soumen Malakar has been working in the field of child rights and child protection for ten years. He has extensively worked with children in need for care and protection and have been part of several awareness campaigns on the issue. He has rescued vulnerable children and provided counselling to many such children and their parents. Over the years, he has been working tirelessly for the eradication of child labour from the society.
